1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using The Wed Invite website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

The Wed Invite reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Services Description

The Wed Invite provides digital wedding invitation creation and management services, including:

• Custom digital wedding invitation websites based on our template library.
• Personalisation with couple details, photos, venue information, and wedding programmes.
• RSVP management and guest list tools.
• Premium design and concierge services depending on selected plan.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Pricing Plans: We offer three tiers — Essential ($100), Premium ($250), and Excellence ($500) — each with different features. Plan descriptions are available on our Pricing page.
• One-Time Fee: All plans are charged as a one-time fee with no recurring subscription unless explicitly stated.
• Secure Payment: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store payment card information.
• Promotional Codes: Discount codes (e.g. SUMMER15) are valid for the stated period and may be withdrawn at any time. They apply to the base plan price only.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change pricing. Active orders will not be affected by subsequent price changes.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the custom and digital nature of our services:

• Once design work has commenced, refunds are generally not available.
• If we are unable to deliver the agreed service within a reasonable timeframe, a full refund will be issued.
• Refund requests before design work starts will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Our "You'll-Love-It Promise" means we will revise your design until you are satisfied before going live.

5. Intellectual Property

• Our Templates: All invitation templates, designs, and code are the intellectual property of The Wed Invite and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without written permission.
• Your Content: You retain ownership of photos and personal content you provide. By submitting content, you grant us a licence to use it for delivering your invitation service.
• Portfolio Use: We may showcase completed invitation designs in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing at the time of purchase.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when placing an order.
• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
• Not reproduce, duplicate, or sell any part of our services without permission.
• Respond to designer communications in a timely manner to avoid delays.
• Ensure you have rights to any photos or content you provide to us.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Wed Invite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or emotional distress. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service.

8. Third-Party Services

Our services integrate with third-party providers including Stripe for payment processing. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
